Our Wath estate is located between Pontefract Road and Barnsley Road, just off the A633 and A6195, providing straightforward access to Rotherham, Barnsley and the Dearne Valley. No, business rates are not included in the rent. Each tenant is responsible for registering with the local council and paying their business rates directly.
