Cardigan Mills Workspace is a Victorian building within Cardigan Trading Estate, holding light industrial units and office suites under one roof. The larger industrial units sit just to the south of the site.
The workspace has 19 self-contained ground floor units, from 250 sq ft to 8,600 sq ft (23 sq m to 800 sq m).
Every workshop and unit has direct ground floor access to a loading bay, so moving goods, equipment or stock in and out is straightforward. Light industrial businesses, kitchens, gyms, creative studios and start-ups all let space here.
Upstairs, the office suites have their own secure entrance with shared toilets and a kitchen, separate from the main workspace.
