Cardigan Mills Business Centre has six secure office and studio suites to let, from 112 sq ft to 360 sq ft, taking two to eight people.
The Business Centre sits above Cardigan Mills Workspace, inside the wider Cardigan Trading Estate on Lennox Road, just off the A65. The city centre is a five-minute drive, and the estate is in the middle of the growing Kirkstall community.
Suites let on an easy in, easy out licence. Rent, utilities, buildings insurance, service charge and cleaning of the common parts are all in one figure.
Each suite is self-contained with its own lock, alarm and heating control, so you are not sharing a room or a thermostat with anyone else. The centre has its own secure entrance, separate from the workspace below.

Kirkstall is one of the better areas in Leeds for a growing business. It has an industrial history and it is still being regenerated, so there is room and there is momentum.
The city centre is close, the transport links are good, and there is a growing network of independent businesses nearby. You get most of what a city centre office block offers without the rent or the parking charges.
Plenty of parking, a secure office and a friendly, helpful landlord who is more than happy to sort anything you need. It is private, with all the amenities you need, and near plenty of places to get lunch. Only a short drive into the city but without the sky high parking charges. We only moved because our new contracts are in Kirklees.
