I have been a tenant with West Yorkshire Properties for almost 30 years and I currently trade from Cardigan Trading Estate having previously rented space at Marshalls Mill. The fact that I’ve rented from WYP for so long is testament to how I feel about them as landlords, very fair and sensible with rent and small enough to care about the businesses that rent from them. Businesses generally stay here for some time and there is a good atmosphere and communication all round between tenants & landlord. The site at Cardigan Trading Estate is a great location as it has relatively quick access to the motorway network, it’s also pretty close to the city centre and the train station. The site itself is professionally managed which means the little things that happen day to day are immediately dealt with and the big things like security remain tight which is always reassuring.
I was a tenant at Cardigan Trading Estate for three years and I would recommend WYP to any business looking for a space. The property manager and landlord are great to work with. Any communication is met with a swift and helpful response, and the units and communal areas are well maintained. WYP provide an excellent, professional service.
